| Packages We offer our customers two types of connections using our leased lines to suit their needs. These are Direct Connection and VPN. |

| Direct Connect: A point to point direct connection between two or more sites delivering guaranteed bandwidth to users. This connection is for security critical situations as attackers would need physical access to one of the sites as connections are not made via the Internet. This may be used, for instance, to connect your main office to another office. |

| VPN: A virtual private network is created over the internet using strong encryption methods so that your data is kept private. This solution allows us to use redundancy checking systems to ensure your data is always complete and not interfered with. It also means that we may monitor your connection for faults so they may be fixed as soon as possible. |
