Pricing for web development
1-off charges for basic sites
- £200+VAT for a single page site.
- £500+VAT minimum charge for any other site, no matter how complex.
This includes 1 page, additional pages charged as shown below:

Image sourcing to be charged at supplier rates plus 30%.
Recurring charges for basic sites
£20+VAT per month for web hosting of simple sites.
More complex sites needing special provision will need to be quoted for on an individual basis.
Terms and conditions
- 30% on signing of contracts - non refundable.
- 70% on project completion.
- EPX reserves the right to retain ownership and control of the site at any time until payment in full is received.
